Cold Case on the Murder of Morris Bechman Vaughn

Kentucky State Police Request Help Resolving Morris Bechman Vaughn Murder - Occurred October 17, 1972

Victim: Morris Bechman Vaughn, White Male, 67 years of age.

Location:Horse Shoe Bend Road, one (1) mile South of Henderson.

Victim was shot at close range in the back of the neck with a shotgun and then shot in the face with a handgun or rifle. Victim had $170.00 in cash, a watch and diamond ring on his person when found. Victim was last seen at the Post Office at 1700 hours on October 17, 1972. Body was located on October 22, 1972. Victim's vehicle was discovered parked behind victim's business, Vaughn's Insurance Agency.
