Cold Case: Missing Person of James Anthony Galloway

Kentucky State Police Request Help Resolving James Anthony Galloway Murder - Last Seen on February 15, 1979

Victim: James Anthony Galloway, White Male, 38 years of age at the time reported missing.

Location: Victim's truck was located on Winkler-Mt. Zion Road near Habit, Kentucky.

Victim was reported missing in February 1979 and his body had never been located. Officers discovered a paper towel inside the victim's abandoned pickup truck. Wrapped inside the towel was a piece of human bone covered in blood. The blood was later determined to be of the same type as the victim.

Detectives are requesting help from the community or anyone who might have information on the murder of James Anthony Galloway. Anyone with information can contact the case officers Sgt.
